Ann Gonzalez

Biography

Ann Gonzalez has an MFA degree in Creative Writing from the Whidbey Writers Workshop, and is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, Pacific Northwest Writers Association and the Whidbey Island Writers Association. She has published works of fiction, non-fiction, and poetry in a number of magazines and ezines like VerbSap, In The Family, Aikido Today, Her Circle Ezine, Women Writers and Lunch Hour Stories.  

Her first novel, Running for My Life is a young adult work that tells the story of a teenage girl whose mother suffers from schizophrenia (available from WestSide Books, March 2009).
